Charisa Munroe-Wilborn is a Leadership Strategist, Certified Coach, Keynote Speaker, and the founder of Boardroom & Soul™, a movement equipping high-capacity leaders to close the gap between their boardroom and their soul.
For over fifteen years, Charisa has worked with leaders across corporate, government, faith, and academic sectors, on international stages and in private coaching rooms, and watched the same pattern emerge with precision: leaders who have mastered performance and are privately losing themselves in the process. Leaders who are succeeding by every external measure and still feel the gap. Her work is not built around what leaders lack. It is built around what they have never been given permission to fully become.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of clinical practice, Charisa brings a diagnostic precision to the inner work of transformation that most leadership development frameworks do not attempt. Her proprietary frameworks: The Alignment Model™, The Leadership Cost Principle™, and The Purpose Finder Formula™: L.I.F.E. are not borrowed from organizational theory. They were built from the inside out. From the clinical understanding of how identity fractures. From the practitioner's knowledge of how people actually change. From the honest, unromantic work of sitting across from a leader in the middle of their own erosion and knowing exactly what is happening and what to do about it.
Her authority on this subject is not academic. On November 9, 2014, Charisa lost both of her parents, Dr. Myles and Ruth Munroe, among the world's most recognized voices on purpose and leadership, in a plane crash. In the years that followed, she navigated profound grief, identity fracture, and the weight of a global community watching. She performed. She led. She said she was fine. And in the middle of all of that performance, she experienced firsthand what she now names and addresses in every leader she works with: internal erosion. The slow, invisible collapse of identity, clarity, and soul beneath the weight of a life that looked right on the outside and was quietly unraveling on the inside.
What she built on the other side of that season: Boardroom & Soul™, The Internal Erosion™ keynote, the Pave the Path Retreat™, and the Resolved & Restored Experience™ were not built from inspiration. It was excavated from her own misalignment and the long, honest work of her own restoration. She does not offer a framework she studied. She offers the map she used to find her own way back, refined through fifteen years of clinical practice, international speaking, and the results of every leader who has walked through her door since.
She serves as President of The Myles & Ruth Munroe Foundation and Vice President of Munroe Global Inc. carrying forward a legacy of purpose-driven leadership that began before her and is being built to outlast her. She is the host of the Purpose Finder Podcast and a recurring voice on international stages across the US, the Bahamas, and more than fifteen nations around the world.
Charisa Munroe-Wilborn does not speak as someone who has studied these challenges from a distance. She speaks as someone who has survived them and knows precisely what the other side looks like.
To equip already powerful leaders to close the gap between their boardroom and their soul.
